FateStuck Event: Shopping Time!

One planet,two sides fighting , in every grand battle with two opposing forces ,there is a thing of big value: Supply.
But Supply doesn't rain from the sky,does it? 

From time to time, a middle sized ship comes into range of both forces,it is white with violet stripes and holds many trolls of varying colors. IT is the Balance,lead by the violet blooded troll known as Triden Aqulin. Many rumors are weaved around this troll and yet not a single clear thing is known about him. No one knows why he got a ship of his own,where he got it from and why his crew is a mixed bunch of young adults. Rumors say he was once a elite soldier of the Empire,other rumors say he is a rebel and few even speak about him being the descendant of the feared DEATHFISHER! What is true and what not?

A fact is ,that the Balance,is a neutral place,declared by both sides , it trades with both sides,equally,however the merchants may have odd conditions...


Notes:

-The ship is neutral, so no fighting between the sides is allowed there
-Many trolls of this ship offer ware slike,excotic food,clothing and material to build with and wepaonry
- you could basically see it as a shopping mile and have a date there
- The Captain is Triden Aqulin, a violet blood,his assistant ,a rust seems to have as much authority as him,though. 
- The trolls of the balance will wear uniforms,so they stick out of the crowd. 
-The merchants will only be interactive during these trading events. Once there event is over the ships flies off to get more items to trade with.

I need to figure out when everyone got time and maybe flesh this out a bit. But know that i plan that this may trigger tiny missions.
